High Security:

- Our storage facilities maintain strict enforcement of access rules and procedures, with state-of-the-art visible and concealed security systems and perimeter protection.

- Constant monitoring, daily lock checks, and system maintenance ensure consistently high security standards.

Electronic Systems & Guarding:

- We have established a unique partnership with our security companies, ensuring that our guards are committed and integral members of the GrootBrak Storage team.

- Perimeters are safeguarded by off-site monitoring IP cameras, and walling all maintained 24/7 and linked to armed response.

- Guarding with patrol monitoring and armed response backup is in place.

- Strict access control procedures, identification systems, and CCTV surveillance further enhance security.

- Gates are locked at night, and premises are monitored off-site.

- Daily walk-through lock checks are conducted, with individual unit over-tagging.

- Sufficient night lighting is provided for surveillance.

- Additional special security procedures are implemented.

 

Access to Storage Premises:

Arrival:

- Upon arrival at GrootBrak Storage, you or your registered access person will need to provide certain information for verification.

- All entry, time, and movement details will be carefully monitored and recorded.

- Failure to comply with access procedures and rules will result in denial of access to the premises.

 

After-Hours Access:

- Our facilities are locked from 7pm to 7am, with off-site monitoring in place. No exceptions for after-hours access are made to ensure the protection of our customers' goods.

 

Access for Unregistered Helpers:

- Unregistered helpers must be accompanied by a registered user at all times.

 

Deliveries and Collections:

- Delivery and transport companies must be accompanied by a registered user at all times.

 

Storage Locks:

- Tenants secure their units with their own padlock and key.
